The LaPorte County Symphony Orchestra welcome Anthony Brewer, Brandon Williams, Brian Phillips, Kyrie Anderson, Nanda Danitschek and Besty Archer. To serve as background singers and a featured chorus, Illumination directed by Becky Osborn will also join the stage.
Solos, duets, ensemble pieces and pure orchestra arrangements will delight the audience with a variety of pop tunes, dramatic showstoppers and musical whimsy. On the program will be the music of Glee, Michael Jackson, Les Miserable, Phantom of the Opera, Journey, Madonna, Luther Vandross, Queen, Wicked, Josh Groban, Little Women, Beatles, Bernstein and more.

Enjoy an entertaining evening with family and friends at the LaPorte County Symphony Orchestra (LSCO) annual Robert J. Hiler Family Foundation April Pops Concert.
To conclude the orchestras Look to the Stars theme, this year's Pops Concert is appropriately titled "Pop Stars" and will feature the six adult winners from past Hoosier Star vocal competitions since 2006. Maestro Philip Bauman will lead the orchestra featuring a range of pops symphony music that occasionally rocks when guitars and drum set are added.
The all star line up of winners performing that evening will include Anthony Brewer, Brandon Williams, Brian Phillips, Kyrie Anderson, Nanda Danitschek and Besty Archer along with a "stellar" choir called Illumination that is directed by Becky Osborn. There will also be a finale' that includes the voices of the future that will include the LCSO Children's Chorus.
The April Pops Concert is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy wonderful music while spending time with family and friends. Tables are available for sale, allowing groups to gather their family, co-workers and friends for an enjoyable evening. There will be a cash bar by Portofino's and snacks available for purchase.
